Biography
Dr. Hilde de Geus is member of staff, Department of adult Intensive Care, Erasmus University Hospital Rotterdam, The Netherlands (since May 2009). She is a board certified Critical Care Physician of the Dutch Society of Intensive Care Medicine (2009) and a certified Critical Care Physician of the European Society of Intensive Care medicine (2009). She is qualified MD, Doctor of Medicine (1998) (Faculty of Medicine, Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands) and specialized in Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine (6 years). Her PhD thesis was entitled: “Biomarkers or AKI” and was completed on the third of December 2013. She is co promotor of 1 doctoral thesis and published 46 Peer Reviewed Publications and 2 book chapters.
